Excitement is that hyper feeling that is making you restless,it's similar to sugar rush but you actually get dopamine from brain when you feel that sugar rush and your belly doesnt hurt,when in sugar rush it does hurt.

I think you've missed the part where they theorized that most intense emotions are actually identical, it is just the perception of them that makes the difference.
